2012 WINTER WORKSHOPS
Introduction to Ceramics
Congratulations to the January workshop participants. Everyone in the group enjoyed the experience
so much that they decided to carry on and do the February workshop. Pictures of the participants and their work are
shared below. Students learned about painting with underglazes vs glazing, painted on bisqueware, glazed jewellery, made
their own handbuilt 'flat' forms using a white earthenware - platters, bowls, wall hangings and then decorated
them using the painting techniques explored in their first session.
